You’ve tried standard forms of yoga. Now it’s up to you! Create (and Zoom with all team members) a 30-minute yoga practice that renames all of the poses to include: the Phoenix, the Gargoyle, the Core, Hallowed Grounds, the MADD Center, [insert other “in” terms here]  Bonus for creating a new pose completely.
